Acceptable use policy

This policy applies to prompts, uploaded material, generated content and other use of TrendToVideo. The planned image-to-video feature uses a third-party Kling model through fal.ai; video generation is not yet available.

Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the service to create, upload or distribute:

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
  • Graphic violence or gore.
  • Hate speech or content inciting discrimination or violence.
  • Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Deepfakes or impersonation of real people, including face swaps, intimate scenes, fabricated statements or actions, regardless of consent.
  • Content infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights.

Terrorism, violent extremism, genocide, and instructions for weapons of mass destruction are prohibited. Do not use the service for fraud, deceptive impersonation, spam, misinformation or to bypass safety controls. Do not present AI-generated content as authentic evidence of a real event.

Rights and permission

Only submit images, likenesses, voices, music and other material that you own or have permission to use. You must have the explicit permission of any person whose image or voice you provide. Permission does not make prohibited deepfakes permissible. Third-party services have their own rules.

Reporting and appeals

Report suspected violations, abuse or infringement to support@trendtovideo.com. Include a description, relevant links or identifiers and your contact details; do not send illegal material. You may use the same address to appeal an action or correct a report.

Enforcement

We may review reports and, where appropriate, warn users, remove or restrict access to content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report suspected unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. Measures depend on the circumstances and applicable law. A user may request review by contacting support.
