Information we process

Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses and requests to deliver and protect the site. Trend search runs in your browser. If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you send. We store account details, generation records and prompts in our database when generation is available. Reference photos selected before generation remain in your browser. Payments and video generation are not yet available.

We process generation records to retrieve your results. When generation and payments are introduced, images, prompts, generation history and transaction details will also be processed to provide those features. Google may provide profile details for Google sign-in, fal.ai may process submitted images and prompts for generation, Resend may deliver account emails, and Waffo Pancake may process payments. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by TrendToVideo.

Analytics and service providers

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure site usage and help improve the service. Cloudflare provides hosting and security. These providers may process data in other countries. The services have their own privacy policies: Google, Microsoft and Cloudflare.

Embedded videos

The discovery feed loads official TikTok embedded players near your viewport. TikTok receives technical information, including your IP address and browser details, and may use cookies under its own privacy policy. Videos are hosted by TikTok and are not copied to our servers. Opening an original video takes you to TikTok.

Your data rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing and withdraw consent. You may request account deletion and closure, including removal of your generation records and reference photos. Contact support@trendtovideo.com; we may need to verify your identity before acting. Some information may be retained where legally required, such as transaction records. You may also complain to a relevant data protection authority.

Retention and changes

We retain information as needed to provide the service, resolve requests, protect the site and comply with applicable legal obligations. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the updated version here.
